How to read your result

• 80–100: Apply Now — strong match.
• 65–79: Improve & Apply — good potential with identifiable gaps.
• 50–64: Possible Match — review the gaps carefully before applying.
• Below 50: Low Match — focus on better-fitting opportunities or genuine skill development.

Eligibility blockers

Eligibility is checked separately from the percentage score. A high skills match does not override restrictions such as country eligibility, required work authorisation, mandatory language requirements, or a vacancy that does not support the candidate’s location.

Improve My Match

MBDA will explain what is lowering the score and recommend legitimate improvements such as clearer CV evidence, portfolio work, relevant training, certification or interview preparation. It will never invent qualifications, employment history, skills or experience.
